With training and competition, injuries are an inevitability. Sports massage can help to improve blood flow, realign muscle fibres and improve range of motion. Nobody wants to be away from his or her sport longer than absolutely necessary and with early intervention, injuries stand a better chance of healing faster.

Whilst sports massage is my specialism, you don’t need to be an athlete to use my service. The treatment of sore and aching muscles is something from which anyone can benefit. With so many people having desk jobs, acquired postural problems are commonplace and can benefit greatly from massage.
